At The Formica Group LLC, we take great pride in the quality of our products. Because we want to ensure you receive only the best, we have established clear guidelines regarding returns and refunds to remain as transparent as possible with our valued customers.

1. Shipping Eligibility

We currently only ship to addresses within the United States. Consequently, we can only process return requests for orders delivered within the USA.

2. Return Conditions (Defective Products Only)

We stand behind our craftsmanship. We accept returns only in the event that a product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Timeframe: You must notify us of a defect within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Proof of Defect: To process your request, we require a brief description and photographic evidence of the defect.

  • Exchanges: Please note that we do not accept exchanges. If your item is defective, it will be processed for a refund.

3. How to Initiate a Return
